IIFYM

I have tried ketogenic, low carb, flexible dieting and have now found IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) and never looked back . I am comfortable teaching others about both flexible dieting and IIFYM. IIFYM is a type of flexible dieting that helps people lose weight or maintain, without feeling overly restricted. Rather than focusing on calories, it tracks the 3 main macro-nutrients: protein, fat and carbohydrates. IIFYM is possibly the most self-explanatory and flexible diet in existence.
